summary
There is something so fun and festive about a big batch cocktail at a party. And this one is just the right color for a spooky Halloween punch! Aperol is an Italian bitter aperitif. Adding freshly squeezed sweet orange juice creates the perfect balance in this light and refreshing citrus Aperol spritz punch recipe.
ingredients
- 4 cups Aperol
- 1½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 (750-ml) bottles prosecco, chilled
- 24 ounces sparkling water, chilled
- 1 orange, sliced for garnish
directions
- Add the aperol, orange juice, prosecco and sparkling water along with 4 cups of ice to a 1.75-gallon drink dispenser. Stir to combine and garnish with the orange slices.
notes
This isn’t the time to use your most expensive prosecco. A moderately priced bottle will do just fine!
Don’t add the prosecco and sparkling water until you are ready to serve.
You can quarter this citrus Aperol spritz punch recipe if you only want to use 1 bottle of prosecco.
Mint leaves also look really beautiful in a drink dispenser.
